Hi, I’m looking for car finance for a BMW M3 that I have seen at my local BMW dealer. I thought that they would have been able to quote me a reasonable rate of interest but the salesman there has given me monthly figures based on an APR of 13.9% which sounds high to me. He made some excuse about rates going up recently but I thought the base rate was only 0.5% I own my own home and have always paid things back on time so would have thought I would get a rate below 10%? I want to borrow £20,000 and pay it back over 4 or 5 years depending on the payment. Can you help?

Hi Aasim and thanks for your email. I know how you feel as a lot of customers at The Car Loan Warehouse felt exactly the same way and what they found was they we could save them money. So I don’t think you are wrong in thinking that you should be able to get a better deal and an interest rate below 10% should be achievable if your credit history is good which it sounds like it is. Most BMW dealers should be able to offer you a better deal than this so I don’t know why this one didn’t but don’t worry we can arrange BMW finance for you.
