We’re getting up close and personal with some of the best car brands on our roads and finding out what makes them such popular purchases. From British to French to Japanese, we’re covering the top car manufacturers to help you decide which car to buy next – and if you’re looking for help financing your new wheels, the Car Loan Warehouse can help. Lexus

Topping the bill in an Auto Express survey of best car brands to own in 2015, the Japanese brand is fully deserving of its spot in our round-up of top car manufacturers. Lexus is a luxury division of the Toyota Motor Corporation and strives to live up to the company’s mission of ‘The Relentless Pursuit of Perfection’. With an impressive customer loyalty rate and its reputation as one of the most reliable brands on the road, it’s no surprise Lexus makes our list of best car brands. If you fancy getting behind the wheel of a luxury Lexus, check out our Lexus finance options to see how we can help.

Skoda

Established in 1890 as a bicycle manufacturer, Skoda produced its first car in 1905 and has continued to churn out reliable automobiles ever since. Thier green-winged arrow logo is designed to represent the company’s ethos of providing innovative, environmentally-friendly cars – and, now a part of the Volkswagen group, Skoda continues to strive for greener materials in the creation of the cars. Petrolheads are eagerly anticipating the arrival of the 2015 Skoda Superb, which will hit our roads some time later this month – and with a name as bold as that, it’s sure to cause a stir. If you want to explore your finance options ahead of the Superb’s release date, check out our Skoda finance deals to see how we can help.

Dacia

Founded in 1966 and bought by the Renault group in 1999, Dacia’s a two-time winner of the Autobest Car of the Year Award. Judged on areas such as fuel economy, design and interior space, the Romanians trounced some stiff competition to take the title. Following success in 2014, Dacia has impressed again this year – sitting pretty amongst the top car brands. If you’re in the market for a Romanian supermini, check out our review of the Dacia Sandero and explore your finance options with our online car finance calculator.

Jaguar

Known for their head-turning sports cars, Jaguar takes design seriously – and slick styling combined with blistering pace has kept Jaguar at the top of its game. With plenty of in-car gadgets and a high-quality cabin, this brand has more than one impressive selling point – and they show no signs of relinquishing their reputation. The British brand teased motorheads earlier this year when it revealed plans for the F-Pace model, due to go on sale next year. If you can’t wait to climb inside your own Jag, head over to our Jaguar finance page to find out what’s on offer and how we could help you find the funds.

Renault

Established by a trio of brothers in 1899, Renault is a French automobile manufacturer continuously striving to earn its place amongst the world’s top car brands. Making the leap into the all-electric class, the brand introduced the Renault Kangoo and Renault ZOE to its lineup – with the latter enjoying particular success. The manufacturer unveiled a production version of the new Renault Kwid in May and revealed the car will be launched in India with an estimated low-cost price tag of just £3-4000. If you fancy getting your hands on one of Renault’s dynamic designs, explore our Renault finance options today and find a deal that suits you.

So who do you think is this year’s best car manufacturer? Has Jaguar’s fast-paced lineup taken your fancy, or are you a sucker for Lexus’ sexy styling?
