Design:
The Ninja ZX-10R’s aggressive design is sure to turn heads – coming in a juicy Lime Green or celestial Pearl Stardust White, the Ninja also boasts a sharp aluminium alloy frame that completes the bodywork. Its striking curves improve aerodynamic drag, making the Ninja a machine designed for speed. Lightweight three-spoke cast aluminium wheels allow the suspension system to work more smoothly, and come as standard.
Features:
The ZX-10R has a whole host of features that make it one of the most sophisticated rides ever engineered by the Japanese brand. It comes equipped with a state-of-the-art Sport-Kawasaki Traction Control system, boosting traction by crunching data on throttle position, wheel speed and slippage, engine speed and acceleration. This allows the Ninja to pile on the power, especially when going around bends – and the motorbike’s back-link rear suspension also helps with rider control and lap times. The Ninja’s innovative power modes allow the rider to adjust output according to weather conditions – and its one of a kind titanium exhaust system helps the ZX-10R to meet strict European exhaust emission standards without sacrificing power.
Performance:
The Ninja is kitted out with a liquid-cooled DOHC 998CC inline-four engine, which delivers torque to the rear wheel through a 6-speed transmission – and includes a modifiable back-torque limiting clutch for smooth deceleration and braking. Thanks to its digital fuel injection system, the Ninja even benefits from precise throttle control. The ZX-10R’s top speed is close to 200 mph, hitting 60 mph in approximately 5.5 seconds – fiery specs!
