As we reported last week, Sebastian Loeb smashed the Pikes Peak Hillclimb record by an incredible margin.
The previous record was set in 2012 by Rhys Millen driving his 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe, but Loeb’s purpose built Peugeot 208 was far superior and beat the time by over 1 minute and 30 seconds.
As we wrote in a previous blog, this incredible car boasts in excess of 1hp per kg, which displays a great feat of engineering.
