About the role: Finance Sales Advisor

In the role of Finance Sales Advisor you’ll be contacting customers who have applied for car finance through the Car Loan Warehouse. You’ll need to clarify their car finance requirements and advise them on the best financing options to meet their needs.

In this office based telesales roll, you’ll need to use your sales skills and personality to liaise with the customer, lender and the dealer selling the vehicle – in order to ensure flawless customer service delivery. There’s no cold calling involved so you’ll be talking to real customers every day.

Whether you’re sourcing finance for a Mazda or a Mercedes Benz, excellent customer service, strong communication skills (both over the phone and via email) and computer literacy are key to success.

We’re on the hunt for great applicants with sales or customer service backgrounds, who are able to demonstrate their ability and desire to succeed in a fast paced and energetic environment. Is that you?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Maths and English skills (qualifications necessary)

• Be comfortable working towards targets

• Experience in car sales is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

Working hours:

As we operate 7 days a week, our staff need to be fully flexible and occasional weekend work will be required. For any day worked at the weekend, a day off during the week will be granted in lieu of days off during the weekend.

Based in Alton, Hampshire, the Car Loan Warehouse offices are a short distance from Basingstoke, Guildford, Farnham, Fleet, Farnborough, Petersfield and Winchester. Just 1 minutes’ walk away from Alton train station, our offices are ideally placed for candidates who would need to commute.
