The Car Loan Warehouse|WAGmobile Wednesdays: Aston Martin DBS

WAGmobile Wednesdays are back (we bet you couldn’t wait for Wednesday to arrive!), where we bring to you the cars of the stars – from the phenomenal to the downright absurd. It’s time to take you on this week’s road trip covering the seductively powerful Aston Martin DBS! This luxurious car is certainly phenomenal and even a WAG can see why!

Aston Martin DBS

The luxurious DBS coupe is the ultimate sports car, with its aerodynamic and lightweight carbon-fibre bodywork, the DBS can hit 60 mph in just 4.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 191 mph – Aston Martin have certainly upheld their status as the top British auto-maker with this highly coveted super-car. Its silky design and fiery power was enough to tempt Scouser WAG Alex Gerrard to give into to its lure and invest in the saucy DBS (or maybe she fancied herself as a bit of a Bond girl owning an Aston Martin.)

Alex was snapped parking her stylish Carbon Black II DBS on double yellow lines after tootling around Merseyside – maybe she thought if she flashed those pearly whites, showed off her cosmetically enhanced assets and flicked her Barbie-blonde hair back, she could bypass a parking ticket. On this occasion she got off lucky – after tottering in heels back to her two-door coupe in the nick of time. Regardless, the DBS’ raw power and race-bred technology means it’s speedy enough to escape the wrath of the traffic warden when needed!

Aston Martin has kitted out the DBS with an monstrously powerful all-alloy, front mid-mounted 6.0L V12 engine, generating a roaring 510 bhp. But, what’s responsible for the DBS’ blazing top speed and acceleration is its engine’s crafty active bypass valves. Like Gerrard, if you fancy owning this Aston Martin and feeling like a Bond girl, you’ll have to dig deep as it costs a hefty £160,000 (and that’s just the starting price!).
