Design
For the driver, there’s plenty of space up-front in the Jaguar XF and storage space throughout the cabin is generous. With large door bins, a glovebox and cupholders, there’s somewhere to store all of your in-car essentials.
500 litres of luggage space in the boot extends to 963 litres when the rear seats are folded flat – so whether it’s the weekly shop or the family’s holiday luggage, you shouldn’t be short on space.
Performance & Handling
When it comes to performance figures, the 161bhp 2.2 litre diesel model manages 0-62mph in 10.5 seconds – while the more powerful 271bhp 3.0 litre engine does the same sprint in a breathtaking 6.4 seconds.
The entry-level Jaguar XF diesel is the cheapest in the range when it comes to running costs – returning 57.6mpg and emitting just 129g/km of CO2 for a road tax bill of £110 a year. If power is a priority, the 5.0 litre V8 petrol engine will power your Jaguar XF with a whopping 503bhp.
Running costs are low across the range – but if you’re looking for the best blend of price and performance, the 197bhp returns 54.3mpg and has CO2 emissions of 139g/km – making road tax £130.
Features
With an impressive 5 trim levels available in the Jaguar XF, there are endless equipment options. Starting the lineup is the Luxury model, which packs in a generous amount of kit for a basic model. With cruise and climate control, automatic xenon headlamps, a touchscreen infotainment system, rear-view camera, heated seats and automatic wipers as standard, there’s really no need to move beyond this trim.
The R-Sport spec adds a more dynamic design, bringing with it a small spoiler and sporty bumpers – while the R-Sport Black Edition adds leather upholstery and smart 20 inch black alloys. With tons of optional extras on the table, whichever trim you choose, you can tailor it to your tastes.
